An Act for granting to His Majefty, until the End of the next Moft Gracious Sovereign, WHEREAS certain Duties have been impofed in Great Britain, by an Act of this Seffion of Parliament, intituled, An Að for granting to His Majefty until the End of the next Seffion of Parliament, Duties of Customs on the Goods, Wares, and Merchandize therein enumerated, in furtherance of the Provifions of certain Orders in Council, and it is therefore expedient that correfponding Duties fhould be granted upon certain Goods exported from Ireland; We, Your Majefty's moft dutiful and loyal Subjects, the Commons of the United Kingdom in Parliament affembled, do moft humbly befeech Your Majesty that it may be enacted;' and be it enacted by the King's moft Excellent Majefty, by and with the Advice and Confent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this prefent Parliament affembled, and by the Authority of the fame, That from and after the paffing of this Act, there fhall be raised, levied, collected, and paid unto His Majefty, His Heirs and Succeffors, upon all Goods, Wares, and Merchandize enumerated or described in the Tables (A.) and (B.) annexed to this Act, exported from Ireland, the feveral Duties of Cuftoms, as the fame are refpect. ively defcribed and fet forth in Figures in the faid Tables. 66 "Goods warenoufed and taken out for Home Confumption, shall be "liable to Duties on Exportation under this A&t. § 2. Provided always, and be it further enacted, That it fhall His Majesty or be lawful for His Majefty at any Time by Order in Council, or for the Lord Lieuthe Lord Lieutenant or other Chief Governor or Governors, and tenant, &c. may the Privy Council of Ireland, to fufpend the Operation of this Act fufpend this A as to any Duties, or any Proportion or Part of any Duties granted by this Act, in refpect of any Country for the Time being in Amity with His Majefty, and to allow the Exportation to any fuch Country fo in Amity with His Majefty as aforefaid, of any Goods, Wares, and Merchandize made fubject by this Act to any Duties on Exportation, without the Payment of fuch Duties, upon fuch Terms and Conditions, and fubject to fuch Restrictions as to His Majefty may feem fit.
