20. A gentleman paid $1000 for two horses and a carriage. For the carriage he paid $650, for one horse $200, and the rest of the money for the other horse. What was the price of the second horse ?

10. If I pay $0.85 for mending a pair of shoes, $0.67 for a pair of rubbers, and $0.05 for a pair of shoe strings, how much do I pay for all ?
