Said commissioners shall meet at such time and place as a majority may agree upon, before the first day of July next ensuing, and proceed to perform the duties herein provided. SEC 5. The above named commissioners shall, at said rary county seat first meeting, proceed to select a temporary county seat, which shall remain the county seat of said county until removed by a vote of the majority of the voters living in said county.
