We are unable to give the nominations for such sweepstakes as closed on the 1st of January, for want of the necessary information from the Clerk of the Course, whose answer to our repeated applications by some accident has not been received (Jan. 28). For the same reason we are unable to correct Mr Mytton's first nomination for the Severn stakes (colt instead of filly) not knowing whether the mistake rests with him, or the Clerk of the Course.
