BE it remembered, that on the twenty-fourth day of March, in the 430 year of the

Independence of the United States of America, PLATT H. CROSBY, of the said Dis. trict, hath deposited in this office the title of a Book, the right whereof he claims as Proprietor in the words following to wit:

"Letters on the United Provinces of South America, addressed to the Hon Henry Clay, Speaker of the House of Representatives of the United States, by Don Vicente Pazos, translated from the Spanish, by Platt H. Crosby. Esq"
