About the author (2008)

MILBURN CALHOUN (1930-2012) was a physician, publisher, bookseller, and bibliophile. He was also the president and publisher of Pelican Publishing Company. BERNIE MCGOVERN began his writing career at age sixteen and has since written and produced several network and syndicated specials, He is a resident of Florida.
