Il dfinit un cadre d'action au niveau des systmes de sant, et au-del grce des mesures visant d'autres secteurs et des initiatives d'envergure mondiale. Cet ouvrage de rfrence s'adresse aux agents des organismes d'aide charges, dans les services centraux ou sur le terrain, d'laborer et de mettre en, uvre les politiques relatives un large ventail de domaines d'intervention. Les recommandations qui y sont formules intresseront aussi les dcideurs et les planificateurs des pays partenaires. |
