ARGUED AND DETERMINED
IN ALL THE COURTS IN ENGLAND AND IRELAND.
EDWARD W. COX, Esq., OF THE Middle Temple,
1846 to 1848.
29, ESSEX STREET, STRAND.
IN completing his second volume, the Editor can only acknowledge, with thanks, the contributions of the various friends by whom its contents were chiefly reported, and to whom is due whatever value it has acquired as an authority in the Courts, and with the text-writers.
A continuance of the same arrangements will, it is hoped, continue to secure for this series of Reports the same confidence that has been accorded to them hitherto.
