CIRCULAR BY THE SUPERINTENDENT OF COMMON SCHOOLS OF THE STATE OF NEW-YORK: TO TRUSTEES OF SCHOOL DISTRICTS, LIBRARIANS OF DISTRICT CONTAINING "AN ACT RESPECTING SCHOOL DISTRICT LIBRARIES," PRESERVATION OF THE LIBRARIES AND FOR THEIR USE BY THE INHABITANTS OF DISTRICTS. 38277.25 YALLY AND CO ૩૨ SEP 25 1339 PA COPY of this Pamphlet will be directed to the Commissioners of Common Schools of each Town, to the Trustees of each School District, and to the County Clerk, of each County in the State, in their official capacity. It will, therefore, belong to their respective offices, and must be handed over to their successors. The accompanying half sheet of Regulations No. 2, is intended for the Librarian of each District, to be kept by him in his official capacity, and delivered to his successor in office. Unless care is taken to preserve these papers, and deliver them to the officers charged with duties under the law, they will soon be lost, and great difficulty will be found in supplying the deficiency. |
