Infelizmente não existe visualização deste livro. O Sir Ken Robinson escreve sobre criatividade , ligando-a à inteligência, o que achei super claro de entender. Passa pelos mitos relativos à criatividade e conta vários casos de pessoas criativas, que, segundo ele, encontram seu "Elemento": a intersecção entre o fazer bem e o fazer o que gosta. Os casos são mostrados em vários campos: artes, ciência, esportes. Vale dizer que ele não se "debruça" sobre casos de criatividade nas empresas.
Ele destaca também o papel do conhecimento e da mídia (o meio pelo qual você expressa sua criatividade). Em linha com a Amabile e o Christensen, sem falar o Mihaly.
