The standards set by the British Society of Public Analysts will be followed, as nearly as practicable, until otherwise ordered. 14. Whenever a drug or preparation, not described in a national pharmacopoeia or other standard work on Materia Medica, shall be manufactured, offered for sale or used in this State, the standard of such drug, and the standard and proportion of the ingredients of such preparation, and the range of variability from such standard or standards, shall be ascertained by the analysts, who shall report the same through the Secretary to the Board. 15. The analysts shall occupy such time in the performance of their respective duties as a reasonable compliance with the terms of the statute shall require, and shall be present one hour of each day, at such time of the day and at such place as shall be designated by the Board, to meet the convenience of interested parties and the public.
