Cap. 3. For granting unto the King's majefty twelve hundred and threefcore thousand pounds, to be affeffed and levied by an affeffment of threefcore and ten thousand pounds by the month, for eighteen months. Cap. 4. To enable the King's majefty

Anno 13 & Cap. 1. For preventing the mischiefs and dangers that may arife by certain perfons called Quakers, and others refusing to take lawful oaths. Cap. 2. For repairing the highways and fewers, and for paving and keeping clean of the streets in and about the city of London and Westminfter, and for reforming of annoyances and disorders in the streets of, and places adjacent to, the faid cities; and for the regulating and licencing of hackney coaches, and for the enlarging of several strait and inconvenient ftreets and paffages.

Cap. 3. For ordering the forces in the

feveral counties of this kingdom. Cap. 4. For the uniformity of pub. lick prayers and adminiftration of facraments, and other rites and ceremonies; and for establishing the form of making, ordaining and confecrating bishops, priefts and deacons in the church of England.
