warning, from the voice of an elective government, of their own choice to fight down our robbers when ne cessary, in a war of their own choice, against all and endangering evils.

The deluded will say, republicans have fine hou ses, fine carriages, fine dress and fine drink, as well as aristocrats, so they do individually, but all wise republicans, always act in government against such selfish, robbing, wicked and unjust foreign commerce of extreme ruin, or they are not republicans.

But the devil is so charming, delusion so successful, and aristocrats and dupes so thick, that it is impossible to guard against all its horrors, until the farmers and mechanics are wise enough, to think free and independent for themselves, that when that is the case, they will vote into their service for national econo my, real republicans, who are enemies to this dreadfull, evil, luxurious and kingly evil, and will enact such laws, as will keep them free and independent.

There is no way to escape this aristocratical evil, but by enacting obedient laws, and them be obeyed by the people, that is such laws as are obedient to the wel fare and freedom of the mechanic and farmer, and no other laws should be enacted, and these should be held in sacred obedience by all; and all who do not obey them, and oppose their enaction, but will vote and en act laws for themselves, are rebels.

When charming drink and luxurious victuals, are set upon the table before the republican, why can he withstand the temptation of its charms, better than the aristocrat, or than Adam could withstand the forbidden fruit, so tempting to his craving mind.

lican.

That of regulating extreme commerce from robbe ry, can never be done by individual retrenchment, it can only be done by the national economy of the repubWithhold luxurious victuals and drink from our tables, foreign fineries from our eyes, and melodi ous sounds from our ears, and we shall not think of wanting them.

The republican merchant, trades in foreign luxuries as well as the aristocrat, because government allows it, least he shall be his slave for the want of profit, or na

onal economy; the farmer's lawyer pleads for nationel justice and equality, as well as the aristocrat for national injustice and robbery, least he scall become his slave, for the want of a union of followers against him; the divine preacher, preaches truth as well as the aristocrat preaches falsehood, least he shall lose his divine liberty of preaching that truth, for the want of undeluded hearers.

Banks are established by bribery and delusion, and always for the purpose of foreign commerce, in rebellion to republicanism; in favor of which aristocrats always plead, while leading republicans, plead against their establishment, and for the farmer's interest, that the people shall have the specie, that aristocrats shall not horde it up in vaults, for their own agrandizement, to the ruin of the farmer and mechanic by taxation.

Luxury, finery and gaiety, are as charming to all buman receptacles, when brought to act upon their senses; as sweet and pretty things are to children, it is hard for humans to withstand the temptations of the devil, but we must obey our God or be ruined. Wrong commerce among the fingers of ambition, is as ruinous 23 gambling and rum drinking among gamesters and drunkards, who will raise the fist, then the club of defence; but there is reason in all things, commerce must be regulated by obedience to farmers, or every sea-port will be filled with gun-ships, and every granery defended by farmers restriction and arms, and the innocent and rogue starve in their commercial clusters of ruin.

From wild nature's tribes of irregular freedom, and commercial oppressed colonies, agricultural states of free order, conquer larger and larger, from every clandestine attempt of the devil's foreign commercial luxuries, to divide by foreign charms, and ravage them smaller by compulsion; the farmer has been, and will continue to be successful, until all adjoining nations, become conquered into one continental empire, still to increase by agricultural wisdom and independence, to a universal millennium, when war will be no more, for all is union then, when necessary and convenient

things, instead of luxuries and superfluities, will extend equally to all men.

In the beginning of war, unexpected Cain killed defenceless Abel, because of the charming temptations of Abel's flock; but Abel's obedient justice, will conquer Cain's domineering rebellion, which crawled in the sea; for against the foreign commercial few of danger, agricultural numbers will become the conquering defence of future salvation.

As two persons fought, two families fought, two tribes fought, two states fought without success, two continental empires will fight, not with sword's success, but by the force of divine truth, light will conquer the sword of darkness, when Abel's millennium of justice, will rise in union en masse, over all wicked Cain's Alexandrian empyreum; for all the world is then consolidated, into one continued imperial field of agricul tural love, where no aristocratical parts there will be, of course no enemies to fight where all is union.

The larger a nation, the greater its liberty. A thousand times more so, than to support even one king, and fools may know that it is easier than to maintain a hundred kings and all their nobles together with their hundred parliamentary lords of tyrant robbers; and that the same law as shall extend to all nations, is a thousand times easier enacted and obeyed than a thou sand laws, one to each of a thousand petty states or principalities. How plain it is that we should keep our federal union together, and all North America if possible consolidate into one grand COLUMBIAN UNION, when no foreign nation will dare to molest so great and powerful an empire of love and union. But if it is divided into separate colonies, as tories are determined it shall be, thick will be tory lawyers, and our laws be without number or meaning, enacted by the legislatures of vassal darkness and slavish colonies, conformably to the rebellious laws and will of the mighty crown of foreign merchandize. O yes, our laws will be so numerous, tyrannical and so different and complex and incomprehensible to farmers, that lawyers will be as thick as hops and farmers be their slaves.

As they have been continually thickening in the same proportion that British commercial influence has increased English iniquity among us: that for the removal of one English lie, twenty more have been enacted every year, because foreign lawyers will continue their attachment to the English code to be English still. till Britain will continue to give us English code notwithstanding our revolution; and the farmers all fall back into the arms of royal lawyers, of aristocratical toryism and destruction, as they were before the revolution not drawn from the gulph by the conquering sword of Washington.

The same wolves and tories, with their priestcraft and all their aristocratical commercial thunderbolts, when in power at their parliament at home, are bold in Columbia abroad. But when the revolutionary war got popular, the tories degenerated in America, and the whigs rose into the parliament of England, and confederation of America, and peace returned in freedom. But if the popular opposition of the tories in the war of the revolution had continued us divided as it does now, the tories of England would have also continued popular and the war of the revolution would have never ended. Nor will this war ever end, unless we now unite against Britain and forsake her beloved tories among us, as we did then; for as the war grows popular in America, it grows unpopular in Britain and throws the whigs into parliament, who gave us the olive branch of freedom and peace at the revolution, and who are now ready to do the same. Were the Americans again to unite hand in hand against the deluding tories of both nations, and them consign to lower elf, and peace between the republican whigs of both nations at once returns. But wolves are among us, held up by delusion to bark on the floors of our councils. How intriguing their cunning, for it has enticed thousands of honest men to go with them all the lengths of rebellion, a great party of innocent Americans are shamefully deluded by lies and the federal name.

Making of Washington's principles and our constitution a disgraceful British dispute with the American party, clandestinely for the admission of British fa

vor into the brains of dupes, for new clothing to tories gradually to make shepherds of wolves; that sheep shall look directly into the mouth of their antagonist for salvation. Making of the leaders of the two parties instead of two honest shepherds, one of them the very devouring wolf, against whose danger the other honest shepherd has also to watch as well as the external wolves. And the internal wolves being clothed at plea sure in sheep-skins, and looking sometimes like the sheep, and other times like the shepherd, thus the wolves having a double chance over the honest shepherd as well as over the sheep, both as to being the leader with a lick of salt, that is commerce, and apparently ho nest, as the lusty ram like leader. That is, aristocrats apparently honest will lead the flock round the field by double means, foul eloquence and commerce, while the honest shepherd has only the simple power of his elected office, till the wolves by delusive votes and the British sword hurls him directly from power, for the entrance of the very wolves themselves. Thus the sheep became all destroyed by their apparent friend. While the sheep relying on their federal guardian, who assures them they are not wolves, nor that no wolves are seen to break into the field, thus the wolves have the same chance to destroy the sheep when out of office, as when in office. Because when out of office, they can put on their sheep-skins and be round in the field strewing British love, and enmity to Madison and democracy a mong the sheep, and sometimes among the external wolves; either by proxy or person, just as they please, and afford the required opportunity to the external wolves to enter boldly or clandestinely, when and where to destroy then or not destroy immediately, just as their wolves or tories correspondence pleases, and their mighty popularity admit; least they get out of office, out of sheep-skins and out of America, as the tories of the revolution run away. Thus to be unable to withhold the militia, stop soldiers from inlisting, and frustrating congress, legislatures, and the country, in their ways and means from saving our independence, nor any more to construe our constitution to British favor.
