SIR:--I have the honor to inclose the statement of the bills in circulation of this institution, on the first day of this month, prepared in pursuance of the resolution of the Senate and Assembly of the State of New-York, of April 21st, 1835.

A statement of the total amount of the bills of the National Bank in the city of New-York, put in circulation as money, and outstanding on the first day of January, 1836, and of each denomination thereof; prepared in obedience to the resolution of the Senate and Assembly of the State of New-York, of April 21st,

1835.

ANNUAL REPORT

Of William Dumont, an Inspector of Pot and Pearl Ashes in the city and county of New-York.

To the Honorable the Legislature of the State of New-York.

Report of pot and pearl ashes inspected in the city and county of New-York, from the first day of January, one thousand eight hundred and thirty-five, to the thirty-first day of December in the same year: the average price, and the probable value thereof, as near as I have been able to ascertain the same, is set opposite to the respective qualities and quantities.
