The board of control of the Michigan college of mining and technology is hereby declared the successor of the board of control of the Michigan college of mines, and all property held in trust or otherwise, by the Michigan college of mines, or the board of control of the Michigan college of mines, and all property in or under the custody, control and management of the board of control of the Michigan college of mines, shall, when this act takes effect, vest in the Michigan college of mining and technology or the board of control of the Michigan college of mining and technology.
