27. An Act for the more effectual preventing any Cloth,

or Woollen Goods remaining upon the Rack, or Ten-

ters, or any Woollen Yarn, or Wool left out to dry,

from being ftolen, or taken away in the Night-time.

28. An Act for the more effectual preventing the counter-

feiting of the current Coin of this Kingdom, and the utter-

ing or paying of false or counterfeit Coin.

29. An Act for granting to his Majesty an additional Duty

on foreign Cambricks, imported into Great Britain; and

for allowing thereout a Bounty upon certain Species of

British and Irish Linens exported.

or near the Cities of London and Westminster.

33. An Act to revive several Acts for the Punishment of

Perfons deftroying Turnpikes, or Locks or other Works

erected by Authority of Parliament, and for other Pur-

poses therein mentioned; and to continue feveral Acts

relating to Rice, to Frauds in the Customs, to the

clandeftine running of Goods, and to Copper Ore of

the British Plantations; and for extending the Liberty

given by the Act of the twelfth Year of the Reign of

his prefent Majefty, for carrying Sugar of the Growth

of the British Sugar Colonies in America, to Ships be-

longing to any of his Majefty's Subjects refiding in

Great Britain, and navigated according to Law; and

for the more effectual preventing the cutting of Star or

Bent.

34. An Act to explain an Act made in the fourteenth Year

of the Reign of his present Majesty, intituled, An Act to

render the Laws more effectual for preventing the ftealing

and deftroying of Sheep and other Cattle.

35. An Act to continue feveral Laws for the Encourage-

ment of the making of Sail Cloth in Great Britain, and

of the Silk Manufactures of this Kingdom; and for al-

lowing a Drawback on the Exportation of Copper

Bars; and to explain a Claufe of an Act made in the

laft Seffion of Parliament, to prohibit the Exportation

of Corn, and other Things therein mentioned; and to

give further Time for the Payment of Duties omitted

cles of Agreement and an Indenture between the Right

Honourable Francis Earl Godolphin and the Dean and

Chapter of Ely, for making a Partition and Division

of a certain Heath, or Heath-ground, in the County

of Cambridge, and for rendering the fame Agreement

and Indenture more effectual, for the Purposes therein

mentioned.

and the Patrimony thereof, the Earldom of Orkney, and

Act for granting an Aid to his Majefty by Sale of the for-

feited and other Eftates and Interefts in Ireland, and by a

Land Tax in England, for the feveral Purpofes therein

mentioned, whereby feveral Grants made by his Majefty

to Sir Thomas Prendergast Baronet, deceased, of feveral

An Act to enable Sir Clement Cotterell Knight, and other

the Devisees of the real Estate of Lieutenant General
James Dormer deceased, to take and ufe the Surname of
Dormer, pursuant and according to the Tenor and Pur-
port of the Will of the faid James Dormer.

8. An Act for making the Exemplification of the last
Wills of John Pigott the Elder, late of Brockley in the
County of Somerset Efquire, and of John Pigott Efquire
his Son, Evidence in all Courts of Law and Equity in
Great Britain and Ireland; and to enable John Biggs
Pigott Efquire, formerly called John Biggs, and his
Progeny and Defcendants, to take and ufe the Surname
and Arms of Pigott only, pursuant to the Will of the faid
John Pigott the Son.

An Act for continuing the Duties upon Malt, Mum, Cyder and Perry, in that Part of Great Britain called England; and for granting to his Majefty certain Duties upon Malt, Mum, Cyder and Perry, in that Part of Great Britain called Scotland, for the Service of the Year one thousand seven hundred and forty-three.

3. An Act for repairing the Road from Bowes, in the County of York, to Brough under Stainmore in the County of Westmoreland.

An Act for enlarging the Term and Powers granted by an Act paffed in the first Year of the Reign of his prefent Majefty for the more effectual amending the Highway between Hockliffe and Woburn in the County of Bedford; and for repairing the Road leading through Woburn to Tickford Bridge in Newport Pagnel in the County of Bucks.

An Act to enable the Parishioners of the Parish of Saint Botolph without Aldgate, in the City of London, to raise a certain Sum of Money, for Payment of Debts already contracted for the Relief and Maintenance of the Poor of the faid Parifh.

10. An Act for repairing the Roads leading from Marlborough through West Kennet to Shepherd's Shord; and from the Hare and Hounds in Beckhampton, to the Top of Cheril-Hill; and from the Town of Avebury to the Crossway at Beckhampton in the County of Wilts.

11. An Act to explain and amend the Laws touching the Elections of Members to ferve for the Commons in Parliament, for that Part of Great Britain called Scotland, and to restrain the Partiality, and regulate the Conduct of Returning Officers at fuch Elections.

An Act for repealing the feveral Rates and Duties upon Victuallers and Retailers of Beer and Ale, within the Cities of London and Westminster, and the Weekly Bills of Mortality; and of transferring the Exchequer Bills unfatisfied thereupon, to the Duties for Licences to fell Spirituous Liquors and Strong Waters by Retail; and allo for enabling his Majefty to raise a certain Sum of Money for the Service of the Year one thousand seven hundred and forty-three, to be further charged on the faid Duties for Licences.

ner therein mentioned, the Sum of one million eight hun-
dred thousand Pounds, at three Pounds per Centum per
