The People of the State of Michigan enact:

SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the general fund for the Newberry State Hospital for the fiscal year ending June thirty, nineteen hundred twenty-two, the sum of three hundred fifty-three thousand four hundred dollars and eighty cents, and for the fiscal year ending June thirty, nineteen hundred twenty-three, the sum of three hundred thirtyseven thousand three hundred sixty-five dollars and fortyeight cents for the purposes and in the following amounts:

AN ACT to amend section seventeen of chapter five of act number two hundred eighty-three of the Public Acts of nineteen hundred nine, entitled "An act to revise, consolidate and add to the laws relating to the establishment, opening, improvement, maintenance and use of the public highways and private roads, the condemnation of property and gravel therefor; the building, repairing and preservation of bridges; setting and protecting shade trees, drainage, cutting weeds and brush within this state, and providing for the election and defining the powers, duties and compensation of state, county, township and district highway officials," the same being section four thousand three hundred ninety-four of the Compiled Laws of nineteen hundred fifteen.

The People of the State of Michigan enact:

SECTION 1. Section seventeen of chapter five of act number two hundred eighty-three of the Public Acts of nineteen hundred nine, entitled "An act to revise, consolidate and add to the laws relating to the establishment, opening, improvement, maintenance and use of the public highways and pri vate roads, the condemnation of property and gravel therefor; the building, repairing and preservation of bridges; setting and protecting shade trees, drainage, cutting weeds and brush within this state, and providing for the election and defining the powers, duties and compensation of state, county,

AN ACT to amend act number two hundred thirty-six of the Public Acts of nineteen hundred fifteen, entitled "An act to protect fish in the inland waters of this state and to regulate the manner of taking, possession, transportation, size and sale of fish when taken from said waters; to provide penalties for the violation of this act, and to repeal all acts and parts of acts conflicting therewith," by adding a new section thereto to stand as section ten-a.
