CONGRESS OF THE UNITED STATES: Begry and held at the Capitol, in the City of Washington, in the Territory of Columbia, on Monday, the seventh day of December, in the year of our Lord one thorisand eight hundred and thirty-five, being the First Session of the TWENTY-FOURTH CONGRESS, held under the Constitution of Government of the United States, and in the sixtieth year of the independence of said States.
