I am directed to inform you that the Assembly has passed and asks the concurrence of the Senate in

No. 341, A.,

A bill to amend chapter 59 of the private and local laws of 1868, entitled an act to incorporate the city of Fond du Lac, and to repeal chapter 124, private and local laws of 1867, entitled an act to consolidate and to amend the act to incorporate the city of Fond du Lac and the several acts amendatory thereof, and to amend an act entitled an act to consolidate the several school districts within the city of Fond du Lac, and the several acts amendatory thereof.

A bill amending the charter of the city of Racine and all acts amendatory and relating thereto.

No. 135, A.,

A bill to incorporate the city of Neenah.
And has concurred in the passage of

A bill to legalize the official acts of the trustees of the Baptist church in the village of Randolph, in the counties of Columbia and Dodge.

A bill to amend chapter 112 of the general laws of 1859, entitled an act to amend chapter 120 of the revised statutes, entitled of courts held by justices of the peace.

A bill to change the time of the annual meeting of the stockholders of the Hekla Fire Insurance Company.

A bill to provide for auditing and paying the accounts of the clerk of the Supreme court for fees in criminal and state cases, And has indefinitely postponed

A bill to repeal chapter 34 of the general laws of 1872, entitled an act to repeal chapter 51, of the general laws of 1871, entitled an act to amend chapter 121 of the revised statutes, entitled of jurisdiction of justices of the peace in criminal cases and proceedings therein.
