THE PREMIUMS, by limited payments or during life, are so moderate that at usual ages for Assurance £1,200 or thereby may generally be secured from the first for the yearly payment which would elsewhere assure (with profits) £1,000 only-the £200 being equivalent to an immediate and certain bonus.

THE WHOLE SURPLUS is reserved for those who prove to be good lives, no share being given until the premiums paid, if accumulated at 4 per cent. compound interest, would amount to the sum assured. THE SURPLUS for the Septennium ending 31st December, 1908, was £1,800,000.

PROVISION FOR THE YOUNG.

A Saving Fund Policy. Example:-An Annual Premium of £10 secures to a child aged 1 next birthday an assurance commencing at age 21 of £1,276.

At age 21 policy may be continued for life or converted into an Endowment Assurance. Surrender value at 21 equal to all premiums paid with 2 per cent. compound interest. For rates, etc., at other ages, see Prospectus.

ENDOWMENT ASSURANCE.

Special Class.

Having a separate Fund participators in the Surplus derive the full advantage of the premiums which they pay, and the whole Surplus belongs exclusively to the Policy-holders in the Class. Bonuses allotted on the compound system in respect of each year in force.

Reversionary additions at the rate of £1 15s. per cent. per annum allotted at last division, and intermediate Bonuses at same rate on sums assured and existing Bonuses.
