dispose of the same, and for investing the Money to arise there from
under the Direction of the Court of Chancery in the Purchase of
other Lands to be conveyed to the Ufe of him the faid Thomas

made in the Year One thousand seven hundred and fixty-two,
between William Mellifb, Efquire, deceafed, and Charles Mellife,
Efquire, his eldest Son, alfo deceased, and the Vicar of Blyth, in
the County of Nottingham, of Lands and Hereditaments, of the
faid William Mellifh and Charles Mellifh, in the Parish of Blyth, for

LXVI. And be it further enacted, That if any Perfon or Perfons fhall knowingly, wilfully, or malicioufly break, throw down, or deftroy any Bank or Banks or other Works erected, made, or maintained by virtue of this Act, then and in every fuch Cafe every fuch Perfon fhall be judged guilty of Felony, and the Court by and before whom fuch Perfon or Perfons fhall be tried and convicted, fhall have Power and Authority to cause fuch Perfon or Persons to be tranfported for Seven Years, or in Mitigation of fuch Punishment, fuch Court may award fuch Sentence as the Law directs in Cafes of Petty Larceny.
