if not Special LICENCE to be granted by any Archbishop, Bishop, Vicar-General, or other competent Authority, in England, for the Non-refidence of any Clergyman upon his Living, pursuant to the Act of the 43d Year of His Majefty's Reign LICENCE of any Kind, not otherwife charged in this
Schedule, which fhall pass the Seal of any Arch- bishop, Bishop, Chancellor, or other Ordinary,
any Ecclefiaftical Court, in England; or which fhall be granted by any Prefbytery, or other Ecclefiaftical Power, in Scotland
Exemptions from the preceding and all other Stamp Duties.
Licences to Stipendiary Curates in England, wherein the Annual Amount of the Stipend fhall be specified, and Licences for the Non- Refidence of Clergymen upon their Livings, where granted on the Ground of there being no Houfe or no fit House of Refidence thereon.

Alfo any Deed, containing an Obligation to infeft any Perfon in an Annual Rent, or in Lands or other heritable Subjects, in Scotland, under a Claufe of Reverfion, but without any perfonal Bond or Obligation therein contained, for Pay- ment of the Money or Stock intended to be fe- cured;
Alfo any Conveyance of any Lands, Eftate, or Property whatsoever, in truft to be fold or otherwife converted into Money, which fhall be intended only as a Security, and shall be redeem

And in cafe the fame refpectively fhall be made, as a Security for the Payment or Transfer, to different Perfons, of feparate and diftinct Sums of Money, or Shares in any of the faid Stocks or Funds; the said ad valorem Duty fhall be charged for and in refpect of each feparate and diftinct Sum of Money, or Share in any of the faid Stocks or Funds, therein specified and fecured, and not upon the aggregate Amount thereof.
