THE OATHS TO THEIR

MAJESTIES WILLIAM AND MARY.

A Register and Record of the names of the persons who personally appeared at the General Quarter Sessions below written, and there, in open Court, produced certificates of their having received the Sacrament of the Lord's Supper according to the custom of the Church of England, at the hands of the respective Ministers and Churchwardens of their respective Parishes, and of the Parish Churches where they received the said Sacrament, and severally made proof of the truth of the same by the oath of two credible witnesses, according to the form of the Statute &c. : and immediately after delivering the said certificates and proofs between the hours of nine and twelve in the forenoon, respectively subscribed, according to the said Statute, the oath mentioned and contained in the Statute of 1 William & Mary, intituled: An Act for the abrogating the Oathes of Supremacy and Allegiance and appointing other Oathes; and subscribed a certain declaration mentioned in 25 Charles II., intituled: An Act for preventing of dangers that may happen from Popish Recusants, and a certain other declaration mentioned in 30 Charles II., intituled: An Act for the more effectual preserving the King's Person and Government by disabling Papists from sitting in either House of Parliament.
