nish the State Game and Fish Warden with a clerk;

position of moneys in the Fish and Game Fund; and to

vide for the election of three directors in each district,
defining the duties and powers of such directors and
fixing their compensation. To authorize the issuance
of bonds and fixing the duration, character and form

particular lands for the irrigation of which said bonds
are issued. Providing for the assessment of land in
such irrigation districts for the payment of the prin-
cipal and interest of said bonds and for the administra-
