Medicine Reflections

The importance of the arts in medicine is being increasingly acknowledged in medical programmes the world over. This collection of art and poetry from medical students at The University of Auckland in Aotearoa, New Zealand celebrates their experiences of learning about medicine in practice. Their works are hard-hitting, empathetic, measured, and heart-warming. As a collection, they contribute to a growing global literary discourse of narrative medicine and critical reflection.
