HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES, OLYMPIA, WASHINGTON, Monday, January 14, 1901. } Pursuant to law, the House of Representatives of the State of Washington met in its seventh biennial session in the Representative Hall, in the State Capitol, at 12 o'clock noon and was called to order by A. C. Rundle, assistant chief clerk of the last House of Representatives. The proceedings were opened with prayer by the Reverend Hayes, of Thurston county.
