Dr. Benjamin Lee, Secretary: Lock Haven, August 5, 1895. My Dear Doctor: I find we have three cases of diphtheria at Cedar Springs, Clinton county, about six miles from this point. I also find that there have been cases of this disease all through Witney Valley for the last few months. The three cases mentioned above are all I know of at present. Yours truly, R. B.
