The People of the State of Michigan enact:

SECTION 1. There are hereby appropriated from the general fund for the Michigan Naval Militia, for the fiscal year ending June thirty, nineteen hundred twenty, the sum of twenty-four thousand six hundred sixty-four dollars and eighty-five cents, and for the fiscal year ending June thirty, nineteen hundred twenty-one, the sum of thirty-four thousand six hundred sixty-four dollars and eighty-five cents, for the purposes and in the following amounts:
