The Tonage ty aforefaid, That the faid Bounty of FifBounty is not to be paid, till ty Shillings per Ton, herein before given a Certificate and granted to Veffels employed in the faid Fishery, fhall not be paid or payable in refpect of any fuch Veffels, until it fhall have been made appear to the Satisfaction of the Commiffioners of His Majesty's Customs, by One or more Certificate or Certificates, Receipt or Receipts, from the Receiver or Collector for the Time being of the Duty of Six Pence per Man per Month, payable out of Seamens Wages, for the Support of the Royal Hofpital at Greenwich, that all Monies payable on account of fuch Duty from any Veffel, in respect whereof fuch Bounty of Fifty Shillings per Ton fhall be demanded, hath been fully paid and difcharged; any Thing herein before contained to the contrary thereof in any wife notwithstanding.

1. WHEREAS the better fupplying the Preamble. Cities of London and Weftminfter

with Fish, and encouraging Fishermen and others to employ themfelves in Fithing on the Sea-Coafts, and in the Navigable Rivers of Great Britain, will tend to reduce the prefent exorbitant Price of Fish; May it therefore please your Majefty, That it may be enacted by the King's Moft Excellent Majefty, by and with the Advice and Confent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this prefent Parliament affembled, and by the Authority of the fame, That from and General Lis after the paffing this Act, it fhall be lawful for any Perfon, although not brought (1)
