Printed by Cox, SON, and BAYLIS, Great Queen Street, For C. TAYLOR, No. 108, Hatton Garden, Holborn. A 20 104/ : We beg leave to explain to our friends, that the reason for including SEVEN Numbers in the present Volume, is a desire to accommodate the number of new Subscribers which we find honour the Panorama with their suffrages, at the beginning of a year. In compliance with wishes expressed from all quarters, we shall continue to include SEVEN Numbers, in each Volume, till the Volumes commence with the most desirable divisions of the year, January and July. The importance attached by the Public to our National and Parliamentary Papers becomes daily more evident; and we have thoughts of expressing a particular attention to this department of our work, more publicly than at present, in our title page. The object of the Literary Panorama, as originally announced, was the COMMUNICA TION OF INFORMATION to its readers: we are happy in the reflection that tho character of having accomplished that purpose, in a distinguished manner, is not only fixed on this work, but is increasing and we beg leave to return our most grateful thanks to our friends who have enabled us to execute our intentions so respectably; and to the Public, for continued and augmenting support.
