The inspector of flaxseed respectfully reports, that he has inspected sixteen thousand, eight hundred and seventy tierces, and two hundred and eighty-five half tierces of flaxseed, from the 1st of January, 1836, to the 1st of January, 1837, which is valued at $254,187.50.
