Sec. 3. There shall be allowed to the member from Michilimackfrom Michil- inac, for extra time before the session of the legislature, at the rate of three dollars per day, to be paid on the certificate of the member. Sec. 4. That there is hereby appropriated to be paid out of the general fund, to Thornton F.
