A bill to extend the Ionia and Houghton Lake State road to Old Fort Mackinaw, on the Straits of Mackinaw;

A bill to amend an act entitled an act to provide for the formation of companies to construct plank roads, approved April 8, 1851;

A bill to incorporate the village of Orion;

A bill to provide for the laying out and establishing a State road in the counties of Huron and Sanilac, to be called the Pt. Austin and Sanilac State road;

A bill making appropriations for constructing, furnishing and completing the House of Correction;

A bill to amend an act entitled an act to provide for laying out a State road from Saginaw to Cheboygan, approved Feb. 4, 1858;

A bill to amend chapter 150 of the revised statutes of 1846, it being chapter 175 of the compiled laws, and to authorize the salary of judges of probate;

A bill to provide for the laying out and establishing of a State road in the county of Sanilac, to be called the Fremont State road;

A bill to amend section 11 of the act entitled an act to define the powers and duties of the boards of supervisors of the several counties, and to confer upon them certain local, administrative and legislative powers, approved April 8, 1851, (vol. 1, compiled laws, sec. 345;)

A bill to provide for the improvement of a portion of the State road running from Vienna in Genesee county, to Tuscola, in Tuscola county;

A bill to authorize the supervisors and highway commissioners to purchase N. Potter's machine for improving roads;

A bill making appropriation for constructing, furnishing and sustaining the Michigan Asylum for the Insane;

A bill to amend section twenty-five of chapter 153 of the revised statutes of 1846, the same being section 5735 of the compiled laws of 1857;

A bill to diminish the expenses in circuit and other courts;

A bill to improve a road in the counties of Newaygo and Mecosta; A bill to amend an act entitled an act to confer certain powers upon mining companies;

A bill making an appropriation in aid of the Michigan Asylum for the Deaf, Dumb and Blind, at Flint;

A bill to authorize the Flint and Pere Marquette Railway Company to purchase the rights, property and franchises of the Genesee and Oakland Railroad Company;

Joint resolution relative to printing certain reports;

A bill to amend certain sections of the act entitled an act to provide for the incorporation of railroad companies;

A bill to make appropriation for building 160 cells in the east wing of the State Prison, and for other purposes, as recommended by the Board of Inspectors in their last annual report;

A bill to amend chapter 116 of the compiled laws relative to probate courts;

A bill to amend sections 20 and 28 of chapter 202 compiled laws, relative to the State Prison, the management and discipline thereof; A bill concerning the taking of recognizances in municipal courts; A bill to amend certain sections of the Primary School Law;

A bill to amend an act entitled an act to provide for the drainage and reclamation of swamp lands by means of State roads and ditches; A joint resolution relative to the distribution of the session laws, journals and documents of the year 1859;

A bill for the construction of a State road from St. Louis, in Gratiot county, by way of Alma and the geographical center of Montcalm county, to the State road from Greenville, in Montcalm county, to the Big Rapids, on the Muskegon river;

A bill to incorporate the city of East Saginaw;

A bill to preserve floating logs, timber and lumber, and for the marking of the same, on the Muskegon river;

A bill to authorize the District Judge of the Upper Peninsula to convey lands held in trust under the act of Congress of May 23, 1844; A bill to abolish the fees of clerks in the Supreme Court;

A bill to provide for laying out, establishing and improving a road in the counties of Tuscola and Lapeer;

A bill to authorize the commissioners of highways of townships to establish water-courses, and locate ditches in certain cases;

A bill to provide for laying out a State road from the county of Mecosta to the county seat of Oceana county;

A joint resolution to authorize the binding of the United States statutes at large, and other books belonging to the State Library;

A bill to provide for laying out and establishing a State road from Midland city, in Midland county, to St. Charles, in Saginaw county; A bill to revise the charter of the city of Port Huron.

A bill to amend an act entitled an act to provide for laying out establishing and improving a State road in Clinton, Gratiot, Shiawassee and Genesee couuties;

A bill to extend the time for the collection of taxes in the township of Erie, in the county of Monroe.
