Clause [E] disagreed to by the com mons. penalties before mentioned, to be [D] Provided, that no person shall incur any the penalties in this act, by resorting to, or being present at the religious exercises used in the Dutch and French languages in churches established in this realm in the reigns of king Edward the Sixth, or of queen Elizabeth, or of any other king or queen of this realm.
