Psalm LXVII. M OD be merciful unto us,

U and bless us, and shew us the light of his countenance, and be merciful unto us.

That thy way may be known upon earth, thy saying health among all nations.

Let the people praise thee, o God; yea, let all the people praise thee.

O let the nations rejoice and be glad; for thou shalt judge the people righteously and govern the nations upon earth. · Let the people praise thee, o God; yea, let all the people praise thee.

Then shall the earth bring forth her increase; and God even our own God, shall give us his blesfing.

God shall bless us, and all the ends of the world shall fear him.

Then shall be read the Apostles creed

And in Jesus Christ, his only Son our Lord; who was conceived by the holy Spirit; born of the Virgin Mary; suffered under Pontius Pilate; was crucified, dead, and buried; The third day he rose again from the dead; He afcended into heaven, and fitteth on the right hand of God, the Father Almighty: From thence he shall come to judge the living and the dead.

I believe in the holy Spirit; the forgiveness of fins; the resurrection of the dead, and the life everlasting. Amen.

unto thy people, that they may love that which thou commandest, and desire that which thou dost promise; that so, among the sundry and manifold changes of the world, our hearts may surely there be fixed where true joys are to be found, at thy right hand for evermore. Amen.

n GOD who didst send thy

Son Jesus Christ to destroy the works of the devil, and make us the sons of God, and heirs of eternal life; Grant, we beseech thee, that we, having this hope, may purify ourselves even as he is pure; that when he shall appear again with power and great glory, we may be made like unto him, and be admitted to reign with him in thy heavenly kingdom. GOD, from whom all holy

desires, all good counsels, and all just works do proceed ; Give unto thy servants that peace which the world cannot give, that both our hearts may be set to obey thy commandments, and also that by thee we being defended from the fear of our enemies, may pass our time in rest and quietness, through thy merciful aid in Jesus Christ our Lord.
