Page 18 - If he approve, he shall sign it ; but if not, he shall return it with his objections, to the House in which it originated, which shall enter the objections at large upon its journal and reconsider it. On such reconsideration, if two-thirds of the members elected agree to pass the bill, it shall be sent with the objections to the other House, by which it shall be reconsidered.

Page 29 - No railroad corporation shall consolidate its stock, property or franchises with any other railroad corporation owning a parallel or competing line; and in no case shall any consolidation take place except upon public notice given, of at least sixty days, to all stockholders, in such manner as may be provided by law.
Page 30 - Every railroad company shall have the right with its road to intersect, connect with or cross any other railroad ; and shall receive and transport each the other's passengers, tonnage and cars loaded or empty, without delay or discrimination.
Page 22 - If, during a vacancy of the office of Governor, the Lieutenant Governor shall be impeached, displaced, resign, die, or become incapable of performing the duties of his office, or be absent from the State, the President of the Senate shall act as Governor, until the vacancy be filled, or the disability shall cease.
