automobiles, and to conduct a general garage business; to repair, rebuild, alter and generally to do an automobile repair shop business; to supply gasoline, alcohol, electricity and other fuel and motive power for automobiles; and generally to carry on any business incident to the foregoing purposes.

Form 29. Boots and Shoes.

Manufacturing, buying, selling and otherwise dealing in boots, shoes, slippers and kindred articles and the doing of all things incident, convenient or necessary to such business.

Form 30. Same.

Carrying on the business of manufacturing and dealing in boots, shoes and leather of all kinds, and of all articles and things used in the manufacture and workng thereof; of buying, selling and dealing in apparatus, machinery, materials and articles of all kinds which shall be capable of being used for the purposes of the business herein mentioned, or likely to be required by the customers of such business; of purchasing or otherwise acquiring patents, patent rights and privileges, trade marks and trade names, and improved or secret processes that are in any way related to any of the objects aforesaid, and of granting licenses for the use of or of selling or otherwise dealing in any patents, patent rights and privileges, trade marks and trade names, and improved or secret processes required by the company.

Manufacturing and selling boots, shoes and slippers; the buying and selling of boots, shoes and slippers; dealing in and selling boots, shoes and slippers at wholesale, retail and on commission, the buying, selling and dealing in leather and all other materials necessary for the manufacturing of boots, shoes and slippers, including therein all machinery, machines, engines, tools and supplies of every name and nature necessary or useful therefor and the doing of any and all things connected with or incidental to the carrying on of the business above or any branch or part thereof.

Manufacturing, buying and dealing in and selling boots, shoes and slippers at wholesale, retail and on commission; dealing in leather and materials necessary for the manufacturing of boots, shoes and supplies, including machinery, tools and supplies of every nature necessary or useful therefor and the doing of any and all things connected with or incidental to the business.

Buying, selling, patenting, developing, repairing and exchanging shoe working and all other kinds of machinery, together with such other articles as usually accompany and form a part of the aforesaid business, also the buying, selling and developing of patents on machinery.

Buying, selling and dealing in municipal, railroad and corporation bonds, stocks, mortgages and commercial paper, and doing a general investment and brokerage business.

Form 35. Building.

Carrying on a general building and construction business and manufacturing and dealing in builders' supplies.

Making, entering into, performing and carrying out contracts for constructing, altering, decorating, maintaining, furnishing, fitting up and improving buildings of every sort and kind; advancing money to and entering into contracts and arrangements of all kinds with builders, property owners and others; carrying on in all their respective branches the businesses of builders, contractors, decorators, dealers in stone, brick, timber, hardware, and other building materials or requisites.

Carrying on the business of civil engineering and surveying, making plans and estimates of land and structures, including the development and application and use of the plans and surveys of the firm of A. and B., composed of A. and B., and the plans and surveys of A.

Form 39. Cloth.

Buying, selling, manufacturing and dealing in rubber, cotton, wool, silk, flax and all fibrous materials, and rubber, cotton, woollen, silk, flax and all fibrous goods and fabrics, and in goods and fabrics into which rubber, cotton, wool, silk, flax or any fibrous material enters as a component part, and the manufacture, repair, purchase, sale and dealing in machinery, tools, and appliances which are or may be used in buying, selling, manufacturing and dealing in said materials, goods and fabrics.

Form 40. Same.

Carrying on the business of manufacturing, producing, buying and selling and otherwise dealing in cotton, woollen and worsted goods and other fabrics and any materials, articles or things required for, in connection with or incidental to the manufacture, use, purchase, sale of or other dealing in cotton, woollen and worsted goods and other fabrics; and also for the purpose of acquiring, owning and disposing of the stock

Manufacturing, buying and selling ready to wear garments for men, women and children.

Form 42. Same.

Carrying on the business of buying, selling and dealing in dry goods, including ladies' and children's clothing and specialties, and in other commodities dealt in by department stores so called.

Men's and women's outfitters, including manufacturing, buying, selling and generally dealing in clothing, wearing apparel and men's and women's furnishings of all kinds, and all materials, supplies and all articles necessary or convenient for use in connection with said business or any part thereof.

Form 44. Same.

Manufacturing, buying, selling, producing, adapting, preparing and otherwise dealing in ladies' or children's underwear and also wearing apparel of whatsoever name and nature, and any articles or products in the manufacture or composition of which the same is or may be used, including the acquisition by purchase, manufacture or otherwise of all materials, supplies and other articles necessary or convenient for use in connection with said business or any part thereof.

Form 45. Coal, Lumber, etc.

The purchase, sale and transportation of coal, coke, wood and other fuels, lumber, hay, grain, lime, cement, stone and other property similar or incidental thereto and the acquiring by purchase or otherwise of the business and property of other persons engaged in similar pursuits.

Form 46. Co-operative Society.

Carrying on the trade of general dealers in household supplies on the co-operative plan; and (2) serving as a means of training the workers at industrial self-government, and agitating for the establishment of a universal co-operative commonwealth.

Carrying on the business of constructing, furnishing and decorating dwelling houses, and buildings of every description, manufacturing and dealing in furniture, furnishings, decorations, and materials of every kind for the construction, furnishing, or decorating of dwelling houses and buildings.

Form 50. Dental Supplies.

Manufacturing, buying, selling and dealing in dental supplies and other merchandise; of engaging in and carrying on the business of dentistry and every branch thereof; of printing and advertising, and doing all other acts incident to or connected with the business of dentistry, or any branch thereof, or of manufacturing, buying, selling or dealing in dental supplies or other merchandise.
