During the year the elevated water tank has been completed and put in commission. The new cottage has been completed and partially occupied. This will increase our capacity by 120. The new hospital is practically completed, and will be in commission before the expiration of the next fiscal year, increasing our capacity further by 75. The addition to the boiler house and alterations in the heating system have been made, and when completed will give us a very up-to-date plant. The ever increasing number of delinquents coming to us increases our problems of management and discipline; and yet we believe that with proper additional buildings for this class they may be cared for here as well as anywhere. We are again much indebted to your Board for advice and support in our work, and to the various State departments for their continued assistance. And we are especially grateful to the faithful officers and employees, whose faithful and diligent service makes the work here possible. Respectfully submitted, ETHAN A.
