Y., in compliance with chapter 319, section 8, of the Laws of 1848 of the State of New York, and the special act of the Legislature of the State of New York, passed April 15, 1881, being chapter 12 of the Laws of 1881, do hereby certify as follows: I. The trustees of the Society are: Ansley Wilcox, C. S. Cadwallader, Dudley M. Irwin, John H. Lascelles, Robert W. Pomeroy, George P. Sawyer, William H. Gratwick, Shepard Kimberly, John A. Mann, Jesse C. Dann, C. H. McCullough, Jr., J. F. Schoellkopf, Jr., G. Barrett Rich, Jr., and Henry W. Sprague. II. The officers of the Society are: President, Ansley Wilcox; Vice-President, Robert W. Pomeroy; Treasurer, John H. Lascelles; Secretary, Frederic Almy. III. It owns the following real estate: 1. Southwestern corner of Swan and Michigan street, 11212 feet on Swan by 198 on Michigan, on which stand the Fitch Institute and the Fitch Creche. 2. Northwestern corner of Seneca and Michigan streets, 1121⁄2 feet on Seneca street by 198 on Michigan. 3. Fifty-eight feet on east side of Franklin street, between Huron and Mohawk streets-numbers 181 to 185, on which stand the Social Service Buildings. IV. It has not engaged in any other business, directly or indirectly, than is set forth in its articles of incorporation. V. Its statement of resources and liabilities of July 1, 1917, is as follows: |
