Frederic Almy, being duly sworn, deposes and says that he is a resident of the city of Buffalo, in said county and state, and that he is the secretary of the said Charity Organization Society of Buffalo, N. Y.; that he has read the foregoing report of the trustees of the said Society, being a statement of the names of the trustees and officers of said Society, and an inventory of its prop erty, effects and liabilities, and a statement of its receipts and expenditures for the year beginning July 1, 1916, and ending June 30, 1917, and that the said statement and inventory are true. And deponent further says that said Society has not been engaged, directly or indirectly, in any other business than such as is set forth in its original certificate of incorporation.
