No distribution in detail can be given until final settlement with construction company. The equipment is not owned by the railway company, but is held by the Continental Construction Company to protect its liens until final settlement and delivery of property.

This company leased the Saratoga Lake railway and the Hoosac Tunnel and Saratoga railway in July, 1882, and now controls and operates said properties under such lease, and have embodied the doings of said properties in this report.
