It was intended to have included the Appendix of Forms and Bills of Costs in the second volume of this work, but it was found that its size would be inconveniently increased. The residue of the Appendix and a selection of Bills of Costs will be shortly published, so as to form, with that part of the Appendix already published, a separate volume.
