First: Along and upon the following named streets, avenues and highways in the town of Flatbush, in Kings County, to wit: Malbone street, from Nostrand avenue to East New York avenue; East New York avenue, from the junction of Utica and Remsen avenues to the boundary line between Brooklyn and Flatbush; Nostrand avenue, from Malbone street to the boundary line between Flatbush and Flatlands; Vernon avenue from Flatbush avenue to Nostrand avenue; 16th avenue, from the boundary line between Flatbush and New Utrecht to 40th street; thence along 40th street to West street and crossing the same to Avenue E; thence along Avenue E to Coney Island avenue; thence along Coney Island avenue to Avenue C and thence along Avenue C to and across Flatbush avenue to the boundary line between Flatbush and Flatlands. Also Remsen avenue, from the junction of Utica and East New York avenues to the boundary line between Flatbush and Flatlands. June 21, 1894: Second avenue, from its present tracks on 65th street to 66th street, thence along 66th street to First avenue; thence along First avenue to Marine avenue; and thence along Marine avenue to its present tracks on Third avenue. Also along and upon 49th street, from the point where the same is intersected by the line of division between Brooklyn and New Utrecht to 16th avenue and thence along and upon 16th avenue to the point where the same is intersected by the line of division between New Utrecht and Flatbush.

November 27, 1895: In and upon Livingston street in the city of Brooklyn, state of New York, from the railroad of said corporation at the intersection of said Livingston street with Court street in the said city, southeasterly in and upon said Livingston street to the railroad of said corporation at the intersection of said Livingston street with Flatbush avenue in said city. April 21, 1896: Along and upon Halsey street from the point where the same is intersected by the boundary line between the city of Brooklyn and the town of Newtown, to Wyckoff avenue; thence along and upon Wyckoff avenue to Willow street.

March 14, 1898: Commencing at its westerly track in Fulton street opposite Johnson street, and running thence easterly through Johnson street to the easterly track of the Brooklyn City and Newtown Railroad Company's line of railroad on Washington street.

This certificate of extension recites that The Company "has constructed and is about to maintain and operate the above extension through its lessee, The Brooklyn Heights Railroad Company."
