This agreement was approved by the Public Service Commission, First District, March 14, 1911. This agreement was renewed by a supplemental agreement on June 24, 1912. The Public Service Commission approved this renewal October 18, 1912, and the Commission continued the agreement in force to July 1, 1913. There is no record of any agreement between this Company, the Pennsylvania Railroad Company, as its agent, and The Long Island Railroad Company, for the operation by The Long Island Railroad Company, as set forth in the two agreements above described.

Other intercorporate agreements. April 13, 1910, this Company and the Pennsylvania Railroad Company, as its operating agent, entered into an agreement with the New York Transportation Company, which was assigned to the Connecticut Cab Company on May 10, 1912, granting the Transportation Company the cab privilege at the Pennsylvania station and fixed a schedule of rates to govern such service. The agreement is subject to termination on six months' notice after six years.

November 1, 1910, this Company leased to the Postal Telegraph-Cable Company a certain duct in the tunnel known as the North tunnel, under the city of New York and in New Jersey. This contract was for a term of 25 years at the annual rental of $1,000 per duct per mile occupied.

February 15, 1911, this Company leased to the New York Telephone Company, certain ducts in the tunnel in Manhattan and Queens known as "Q" on a diagram attached to the agreement. This agreement was for a period of 25 years with a renewal of 25 years; the rental for the first term being $1,000 per annum per mile of duct space occupied.

March 22, 1911, the Pennsylvania Railroad Company, as agent for this Company, entered into an agreement with the New York Transfer Company for the transfer of passengers' baggage in Manhattan; agreement to continue in force for a term of one year and until terminated on three months' notice. The Railroad Com

pany further agreed not to grant similar privileges to other transfer companies.

June 24, 1912, this Company entered into an agreement with the Postal Telegraph-Cable Company, for the use by the Railroad Company of wires of the Telegraph Company as laid in the ducts leased by the Railroad Company by contract dated November 1,

1910.

June 24, 1912, this Company entered into an agreement with the New York Telephone Company, for the use by the Railroad Company of the telephone wires as laid in the ducts leased by this Company by contract dated February 15, 1911.

Construction. February 1, 1913, the Company had constructed tracks within the limits of Greater City of New York, as follows:

Incorporation. November 29, 1879; General Railroad Law of 1850; for purpose of constructing a single or double track horse railway, from Cypress Hills cemetery to Fulton ferry (Queens and Kings Counties); corporate life, 100 years; capital stock, $200,000; route (about eight miles) as follows:

Commencing at some point on Myrtle avenue and the Jamaica plankroad, in the town of Jamaica, near the northerly line of Cypress Hills cemetery, and thence running along the Jamaica plankroad to Grove street, Brooklyn; thence along Grove street, Broadway, Lafayette avenue and Flatbush avenue, as Flatbush avenue may hereafter be extended, to Fulton ferry; also from Flatbush avenue along Fulton avenue, Joralemon street, Court street and Atlantic avenue to the East river.

Stock. In a report made to the state engineer for the year 1880, it appears that $28,100 of its capital stock had been subscribed and $800 paid in.

Construction. No record of any construction. In a report made by the state engineer for the year 1881 this Company is described as not in operation. The Company's route is the same as that of the Queens County Railway Company, incorporated March 16, 1871.

From the village of Tarrytown to the city of New York, to a terminal station within the said last named city located where it will best promote the public convenience and accommodation and conform to the laws and statutes of the state of New York.

Construction. No record of any construction. The Company has probably forfeited its corporate existence.
