1926, and was adopted by the following vote: In the township and city voting collectively, there were 3,317 votes cast for, and 1,817 votes were cast against said annexation. In the territory to be annexed, there were 46 votes cast for, and 17 votes cast against said annexation.

OAKLAND COUNTY.

In the matter of the annexation of certain territory to the city of Royal Oak.

Annexed by the board of supervisors under the provisions of Act 279, P. A. 1909, as amended, and consisting of the following described territory, to-wit:

Commencing at the intersection of Woodward avenue, so-called, and the east and west one-quarter line of section eight (8); thence running westerly along the east and west one-quarter line of sections eight (8) and seven (7) to the west quarter post of section seven (7); thence running northerly along the west line of sections seven (7) and six (6) the same being the town line, so-called, to the northwest corner of section six (6); thence easterly along the north line of section six (6) to its intersection with the center line of Woodward avenue, so-called; thence in a southeasterly direction along the center line of Woodward avenue, so-called, to the point of beginning; all of said territory being in the township of Royal Oak and not in any village or city, but adjacent to and contiguous with the westerly limits of the present city of Royal Oak, Oakland county.

The question of the annexation of the above described territory was submitted to the electors at a special election held April 4, 1927, and was adopted by the following vote: In the city and township voting collectively, there were 1,754 votes cast for, and 1,670 votes cast against said annexation. In the territory to be annexed, there were 86 votes cast for, and 20 votes were cast against said annexation.

Also, commencing at the intersection of the center line of the Twelve Mile Road or Oakwood boulevard, so-called, with the center line of Main street, so-called, this point being the northeast corner of section sixteen (16); thence westerly along the center line of the Twelve Mile Road or Oakwood boulevard, so-called, to its intersection with the center line of north West street, so-called; thence northerly along the center line of north West street, so-called, to its intersection with the east and west quarter line of section nine (9); thence easterly along said quarter line of section nine (9) to its intersection with the center line of Main street, so-called; thence southerly along the center line of Main street, so-called, to the point of beginning; all of said territory being in the township of Royal Oak and not in any village or city, but adjacent to the present therly city limits of the city of Royal Oak, Oakland county, Michigan. he question of the annexation of the above described territory was

submitted to the electors at a special election held April 4, 1927, and was adopted by the following vote: In the city and township voting collectively, 1,875 votes were cast for, and 1,515 votes were cast against said annexation. In the territory to be annexed, 28 votes were cast for, and 18 votes were cast against said annexation.

WAYNE COUNTY.

In the matter of the incorporation of the city of Dearborn.

Incorporated under the provisions of Act 279, P. A. 1909, as amended, and consisting of the following described territory, to-wit:

Beginning at a point which is the southeast corner of private claim 142 and running thence northwesterly along the southerly line of private claims 142 and 523 to the southwest corner of said private claim 523; thence easterly along the westerly line of said private claim 523 to the southeast corner of private claim 143; thence northwesterly along said southerly line of private claim 143 to a point on the south line of fractional section twenty-six (26); thence westerly along the south line of said fractional section twenty-six (26), fractional section twenty-seven (27), fractional section twenty-eight (28) and section twenty-nine (29) to a point on the west line of the east half of the west half of section twenty-nine (29); thence northerly along the west line of the east half of the west half of said section twenty-nine (29) and sections twenty (20) and seventeen (17) to a point on the north line of section seventeen (17); thence easterly along the north line of said section seventeen (17); fractional sections sixteen (16) and fifteen (15) and through the Military Reserve along the center line of Ford Road to a point on the center line of the River Rouge; thence down stream along the center line of the River Rouge to the northeast corner of said private claim 142; thence southeasterly along the easterly line of said private claim 142 to the said southeast corner of said private claim 142, the point of beginning, which description includes a certain portion of territory located only in township two (2) south, range ten (10) east, Dearborn township.

The question of the incorporation of said city was submitted to the electors at a special election held February 15, 1927, and was adopted by the following vote: Whole number of votes cast for and against said incorporation was 761, of which 484 votes were cast for, and 277 votes were cast against said incorporation.

WAYNE COUNTY,

In the matter of the annexation of certain territory to the city of Detroit.

Annexed by the board of supervisors under the provisions of Aet 279.

line common to the city of Detroit and the township of Greenfield to the intersection of the east and west 14 line of section 29, T. 1 S., R. 11 E., which is common to the boundary of that portion of the city of Detroit and that portion of the township of Greenfield which lie in section 29, T. 1 S., R. 11 E.; thence west along the boundary line of the city of Detroit and said boundary line extended to the western line of sections 30 and 31, T. 1 S., R. 11 E., and the western line of section 6, T. 2 S., R. 11 E.; thence south along said section line to the northern boundary line of the city of Springwells; thence east along said northern boundary line of the city of Springwells to the place of beginning, containing approximately 1,920 acres.

The question of the annexation of the above described territory was submitted to the electors at a special election held October 6, 1925, and was adopted by the following vote: Whole number of votes cast in the township of Greenfield was 593, of which 375 votes were cast for, and 218 votes were cast against said annexation. Whole number of votes cast in the city of Detroit was 109,638, of which 74,122 votes were cast for, and 35,516 votes were cast against said annexation.

Also, the following land in the township of Grosse Point, county of Wayne, and state of Michigan, beginning at a point on the center line of Cadieux Road, said point being distant sixteen hundred fifty (1650) feet northerly of the center line of Mack avenue, measured along a line perpendicular to said center line of Mack avenue; thence northeasterly along a line parallel to the center line of Mack avenue (this line being the dividing line between the city of Detroit and Grosse Point township and being distant from the center line of Mack avenue sixteen hundred fifty (1650) feet at all points of its length) to the point of intersection of said line with the westerly line of private claim 617; thence southeasterly along the westerly line of private claim 617 to the point of intersection of said westerly 'line of private claim 617 with the center line of Mack avenue; thence southwesterly along the center line of Mack avenue to the point of intersection of said centerline of Mack avenue with the centerline of Cadieux Road; thence northerly along the center line of Cadieux Road to the place of beginning, containing three hundred ten (310) acres, more or less.

The question of the annexation of the above described territory was submitted to the electors at a special election held October 6, 1925, and was adopted by the following vote: Whole number of votes cast in the township in the district proposed to be annexed was 153, of which 76 votes were cast for, and 57 votes were cast against said annexation. Whole number of votes cast in the township outside of the district proposed to be annexed was 182, of which 126 votes were cast for, and 56 votes were cast against said annexation. Whole number of votes cast in the city of Detroit was 108,398, of which 74,194 votes were cast for, and 34,204 votes were cast against said annexation.

VILLAGES

BERRIEN COUNTY.

In the matter of the annexation of territory from Baroda township to the village of Baroda.

Annexed by the board of supervisors under the provisions of Act 3, P. A. 1895, and consisting of the following described territory, to-wit: Commencing 1318.2 feet east of the northwest corner of the south half of the northwest quarter of section 14, town 6 south, range 19 west in Baroda township, Berrien county, Michigan; thence running south 754 feet; thence east 1308 feet to the center of the Michigan Central rightof-way; thence north along the center of said right-of-way 754 feet; thence west 1308 feet to the place of beginning, and being a part of the south half of the northwest quarter of section 14, town 6 south, range 19 west in Baroda township, Berrien county, Michigan.

In the matter of the incorporation of the village of Bridgman.

Incorporated by the board of supervisors under the provisions of Act 278, P. A. 1909, as amended, and consisting of the following described territory, to-wit:

Beginning at the intersection of the north line of the south half of fractional section thirteen, (13), town six (6) south, range twenty (20) west, with the water of Lake Michigan; thence east along the line running east and west through the center of said fractional section thirteen (13), town six (6) south, range twenty (20) west, and the center of section eighteen (18), town six (6) south, range nineteen (19) west, extended to a point at the southwest corner of the southeast quarter of the northwest quarter of section seventeen (17), town six (6) south, range nineteen (19) west; thence north eighty (80) rods; thence east eighty (89) rods to the north and south quarter line of said section seventeen (17); thence south along said north and south quarter section line of said section seventeen (17), extended, to the center of section twenty (20), town six 6) south, Pange nineteen 19) west; thence west to a point at the northeast corner of the west half of the southeast quarter of section nineteen (19), town six (6) south, range nineteen 19) west; hence south along the east line of the west hait of the southeast quarter
