OAKLAND COUNTY.

In the matter of the incorporation of the village of Bloomfield Hills.

Incorporated by the board of supervisors under the provisions of Act 278, P. A. 1909, as amended, and consisting of the following described territory, to-wit:

Commencing at the southwest corner of section 22 in the township of Bloomfield, Oakland county, Michigan, being the corner of the Quarton Road and the Lasher Road, thence running north along the west boundary of sections 22, 15 and 10 to the northwest corner of the southwest quarter of section 10, being corner of the Lasher Road and Hickory Grove Road; thence east along the Hickory Grove Road, so-called, being the north line of the south half of said section 10 to the east line of section 10; thence east along the north line of the south half of section 11 to the east line of section 11, thence south along the east line of sections 11, 14 and 23 to the southeast corner of section 23; thence west along the south line of sections 23 and 22, being the Quarton Road, so-called, to the place of beginning, containing approximately five square miles.

The question of incorporation of said village was submitted to the electors at the primary election held September 14, 1926, and was adopted by the following vote: Whole muumber of votes cast for and against said incorporation was 185, of which 163 votes were cast for, and 22 votes were cast against said incorporation.

OAKLAND COUNTY.

In the matter of the annexation of certain territory from Troy township to the village of Clawson.

Annexed by the board of supervisors under the provisions of Act 278. P. A. 1909, as amended, and consisting of the following described territory, to-wit:

All that part of section 33, town 2 N., R. 11 E., Troy township, Oakland county, Michigan, described as beginning at the east one-quarter point between sections 33 and 31; thence north along the section line between sections 33 and 31 to a point 1409.6′ south of the northeast corner of said section 33; thence south 89 degrees, 33 minutes, west 1313.5'; thence morti 0 degrees, 9 minutes, west 1418' to the north line of section 33; thence westerly along the north line of section 33 to the northwest corner of said section 33; thence southerly along the west line of section 33 to the southwest corner of said section 33; thence easterly along the south line of saic section 33 to the south one-quarter point of said section 33: thence northerny along the one-quarter line of section 33 to the center of slit section 33; thence easterly along the one-quarter line of said section 3: To ti piace o' pegirling.

The question of annexation of the above described territory was submitted to the electors at a special election held April 4, 1927, and was adopted by the following vote: Whole number of votes cast in village and township outside of territory to be annexed was 352, of which 231 votes were cast for, and 121 votes were cast against said annexation. Whole number of votes cast in territory to be annexed was 17, of which 15 votes were cast for, and 2 votes were cast against said annexation.

OAKLAND COUNTY.

In the matter of the annexation of territory from Troy township to the village of Clawson,

Annexed by the board of supervisors under the provisions of Act 278, P. A. 1909, as amended, and consisting of the following described terrifory, to wit:

All that portion of the northeast quarter of section 33, town 2 north. range 11 east. Troy township, Oakland county, Michigan, described as beginning at the mortheast corner of section 33; thence south 1407.67; theuce south 89° 33 minutes west 1313.5'; thence north 0` 9 minutes west 1418 to the north line of section 33; thence east 13166" to the place of beginning.

The question of the annexation of the above described territory was submitted to the electors at a special election held September 6 1927, and was adopted by the following wote: In the village and township voting collectively, there were 119 votes cast for, and ký votes cast against said anne votiem. In the territory to be annexed there were 41 votes cast for, and 21 votes cast against said annexEMICAL
